Only transfer items once; partial information already exists

Diagnosis
You transferred several items with identical information in the following fields:
- REFNO (reference number)
- REFYR (external identification: document year from feeder system)
- ITEM_NUMBER (external identification: document item from feeder system)
- QUAL_REFNO (qualifier for external reference object)
These fields form the secondary key and are used to identify the item uniquely.
System Response
The system deletes all items in which all of the above fields match.
Procedure
Transfer the items one at a time.
