Diagnosis
To test for trend effects, the system executes the trend significance test (for formulas, see the documentation in SAP Library under Automatic Model Selection Procedure 1). The larger the value, the more likely you have a trend-based effect. The system maintains a limit value, under which a trend effect is deemed not significant. If the trend significance value is larger than this value, the system indicates a trend effect and uses a trend model or a seasonal trend model.
You can change the default value by using the Business Add-In (BAdI) /SAPAPO/SCM_FCSTPARA.
