Diagnosis
The seasonal / seasonal trend forecast was not completed, because this historical time series in combination with a seasonal model or seasonal trend model would lead to negative forecast results.
System Response
The seasonal index is 0.
Procedure
It is possible that you will achieve satisfactory results if you chose a different forecast model.
If you are working with the automatic model selection procedure 2, the model with the lowest mean absolute deviation (MAD) is selected. Only the MADs of models whose forecasts were executed successfully are compared: For example, seasonal models and constant models.
