You wanted to activate the 0010 Portfolio Item FI/CO Planning and Integration -> 0006 Fiscal Year Switch (see SAP Note 1457426).

You can activate the 0010 Portfolio Item FI/CO Planning and Integration -> 0006 Fiscal Year Switch (see SAP Note 1457426) only if you have activated the 0002 Master Switch -> 0008 Enhanced Capital and Resource Mgmt Switch (see SAP Note 1457426).
