Diagnosis
The plant is not considered in the MRS Qualifications due to business process customizing maintained. However in this case a default plant should be maintained.
To see the business process customizing, go to MRS customizing (/n/MRSS/IMG) and follow the path:
Basic Settings -> Configure Basic Settings
