Processing not possible; qualification matrixes are locked

Diagnosis
Matrixes are being processed by other users and are therefore locked. As a result, you cannot process them.
System Response
The system prevents two users from processing the same matrix at the same time.
Procedure
Wait until the lock has been released by the other user. If necessary, you can use transaction SM12 to call the lock entries and determine which user and transaction is causing the lock.
