Cannot delete all selected qualification matrices

Diagnosis
You can delete a qualification matrix that has already been saved only if it is no longer used and you are authorized to delete it.
System Response
The system could not delete all of the selected qualification matrices.
Procedure
Determine and delete the usages. You can then delete the qualification matrices. Alternatively, you can assign a deletion indicator to the relevant matrices to prevent them from being used in the future.
