Unable to delete qualification matrix

Diagnosis
You can delete a qualification matrix only if it is no longer used, is not processed in parallel, and you are authorized to delete it.
System Response
The system does not allow you to delete the matrix.
Procedure
Determine and delete the usages. You can then delete the qualification matrix. Alternatively, you can assign a deletion indicator to the matrix to prevent it from being used in the future.
Check your authorizations.
If the qualification matrix is processed in parallel, repeat the deletion process at a later point in time.
