Diagnosis
You have entered a qualification matrix number that is not within the range of allowed external numbers.
System Response
The system does not allow the entry.
Procedure
Choose a valid qualification matrix number or leave the field blank so that the system can assign an internal number. To determine which external and internal numbers are allowed, call Number Ranges for Matrixes and choose Display intervals. Number range 01 is used for internal number assignment and number range 02 is used for external number assignment.
