Diagnosis
You have tried to combine qualifications from standard qualification catalogs with different scales into one MRS qualification catalog.
System Response
The transfer failed because two of the selected qualification catalogs used different scales.
Procedure
To check beforehand whether all qualification catalogs can be transferred, you can first have the /MRSS/SQL_CAT_MIGRATION report run in simulation mode. If not all catalogs can be transferred, all error messages that have occurred are displayed at the end of the simulation.
