Diagnosis
The system uses the TREX full-text search engine to match the unstructured qualifications. The connection between your SAP system and the TREX server is established by Remote Function Call (RFC). However, the RFC destination has not been specified in the Customizing settings for the current system.
System Response
The system cannot call the TREX server.
Procedure
In Customizing for Multi Resource Scheduling, define the RFC destination for the TREX server by choosing Qualifications -> Functions -> Enter RFC destination of TREX Interface, or contact your system administration.
