Diagnosis
The option to load and display teams in the Web-based planning board has not been activated. Therefore, the system does not display teams or resources that belong to a team.

Procedure
If you want to display teams and individual team members, you must select the Load Teams checkbox available in the user settings under General --> Basic Settings.
