Diagnosis
The total number of hours for a role is calculated as follows:
Total number of hours as specified in the time rule multiplied by the number of consultants. The maximum number of hours allowed is 9999 hours.

Adjust the number of consultants or the total number of hours in the time rule so that the result is less than 9999 hours.
