Diagnosis
The Optimizer has detected two adjoining assignments whose dates have been fixed. Thus, the Optimizer cannot schedule the time required by the resource to travel from one assignment location to the other.
Example:
Assignment A is from 13:00 to 13:30, Assignment B is from 13:30 to 14:00. The assignment dates have been fixed so that the Optimizer cannot schedule the required travel time between the two assignment locations.
System Response
The system continues the optimization run. However, the optimized planning situation (not considering the required travel time) and the actual situation (travel time is required) might be different.
Procedure
If you want the travel time to be added during the optimization, you can identify the assignments based on the locations and the resource name. Adjust the assignment dates in such a way that the required travel time can be added.
Procedure for System Administration
Based on the GUID, you can identify the relevant travel item (field ACT_GUID) in the IT_SOLUTION table. You can find the table in the Optimizer log files (.out).
