Diagnosis
The queues for the order that you are trying to change (for example, by creating or changing an assignment) are not yet processed.
System Response
The system does not let you continue in order to prevent any inconsistencies.
Procedure
Execute the queues for the order using transaction SMQ1 (if the system is configured to use outbound queues) or SMQ2 (if the system is configured to use inbound queues). Refresh the planning board and repeat the action.
