Diagnosis

The scaling factor is one of the settings for a forecast model and is used to avoid rounding inaccuracies when determining the non-explicable element of the key figure to be forecast. Inaccuracies occur in particular with amounts and quantities for which the number of decimal places is limited.

The scaling factor must be over zero and indeed it makes sense to give it a value greater than 1.

For the forecast model , the scaling factor has the value , meaning that this requirement is violated.
