Normalizing influencing factor &1 has the value 0 (row &2 of source data)

Diagnosis
The normalizing influencing factor has the value zero for at least one characteristic combination. This is not permitted, as the key figure to be forecast has to be divided by the values of the normalizing influencing factors. If a normalizing influencing factor has the value zero, this would mean division by zero, which is mathematically undefined.
System Response
Processing is cancelled.
Procedure
Make sure that influencing factor never has the value zero. The characteristic combination for which the influencing factor has the value zero can be found in row of the table of source data.
