Source characteristic &1 does not appear at planning level

Diagnosis
The characteristic has been defined as a source characteristic in the parameter group. Source characteristics must be a part of the planning level in which the parameter group is defined.
This is not the case for the characteristic .
System Response
The system cannot execute the planning function.
Procedure
Add the characteristic to the planning level or remove this characteristic from the list of source characteristics.
