It is not possible to use references without active BAdI implementation

Diagnosis
You have set the "Use References" (exit parameter 5USE_REF) indicator. It is only possible to use the references if an active implementation exists for the relevant BAdI (/MAP/F_REFERENCES) that is assigned to the forecast model .
This is not the case.
System Response
The system cannot execute the planning function.
Procedure
Ensure that an active BAdI implementation exists for the forecast model .
