Diagnosis
For location &V1&, you have tried to manually delete a change reason for dimension &V2& that was entered previously. However, the settings for the change reason do not allow this, as change reasons are binding.
System Response
The change reason is not deleted
Procedure
The change reason can only be deleted if automatic dimension determination is performed for the assigned plant.
