Diagnosis
During conversion, a block could not be inserted in the database table /LIME/WIDTH_TMP.
It is possible that there is not enough available memory (FULL TABLESPACE).

Check whether there is sufficient memory for the database used. If not increase the memory and then restart the XPRA.
