Table type &1 could not be activated

Diagnosis
Errors occurred during activation of the value range table type.
System Response
ROLLBACK is executed on the newly created value range table type.
ILIMEB/...BIZ structure has already been enhanced with the new field names.
Procedure
Delete the field and try to activate generation again.
Procedure for System Administration
If the problem still occurs, inform the system administrator.
