Multilevel line hierarchy is not supported in MM-IM (EXT_DOC: &1)

Diagnosis

When attempting to send a collection to MM-IM, the system determined a multi-level line hierarchy. This line hierarchy cannot be processed by MM-IM.

There is a program error when calling LIME. LIME was probably called with the wrong ID_PARENT.

System Response

The dispatcher run is terminated. All collections from this dispatcher run are indicated as incorrect.

Procedure

Procedure for System Administration

Check the LIME call. A line with PARENT_ID cannot be entered as the PARENT_ID of another line.

Cancel the documents with a multi-level line hierarchy. Then delete the incorrect collections from table /LIME/COLL_MMIM. Finally, post the documents with the correct line hierarchy.
