Update mode & is not supported by extractor /LIME/BW_EXTRACTOR_02

Diagnosis
The extractor was called with the wrong update mode.
Supported:
- C = Initial transfer of all movements from /LIME/LOG
- F = Full update; same data transfer as in initialization
Update mode 'D' (= Delta update) is not supported. This is implemented with programm /LIME/DISPATCHER_EXEC.
