Error with &1 dispatcher of document (collection) &2, row &3

Diagnosis
When dispatching the document or collection &2, type &1, an error occured in the external application. The relevant error is in line &3.
System Response
Procedure
Remove the error and dispatch the collection record again using the dispatch restarter (program /LIME/DISPATCHER_EXEC). Note that the incorrect record may mean that other collections could not be sent.
