Diagnosis
You have attempted to post to a location or HU that is blocked for postings.
Locations and HUs can be blocked for postings with function modules /LIME/LOC_MAINTAIN and /LIME/HU_MAINTAIN if you set either blocking indicator BLOCK_IND or INV_LOCK_IND.
System Response
Procedure
Check whether the location/HU may be unblocked. If so, you can call the relevant function module in order to cancel the posting block. Then you can repeat the posting.
