"Dated Stock" setting does not permit movement of HUs/locations

Diagnosis
You want to post handling unit (HU) or location movements.
To be able to do so, however, the standard Dated Stock setting Do not take (external) time stamps into account must have been chosen in Customzing.

Check the settings in Customizing for Logistics Inventory Management Engine (LIME) by choosing Determine Process Type of Calling Application.
