"Dated Stock" setting does not permit ISSUE_ALL

Diagnosis
You want to book out the complete stock for a material in a location or handling unit (HU) via ISSUE_ALL.
To be able to do so, however, the standard Dated Stock setting Do not take (external) time stamps into account must have been chosen in Customizing.

Check the settings in Customizing for Logistics Inventory Management Engine (LIME) by choosing Determine Process Type of Calling Application.
