Diagnosis
The location/HU is still being used. It is thus not possible to delete it. The location and/or HU still have sublocations or HUs that have to be deleted first.
System Response
Procedure
First delete the sublocations or subordinate (lower-level) HUs. You can either explicitly delete them or do so using the program /LIME/BACKGROUND_DELETE_EXEC.
