Diagnosis
The routing for the failed inbound request has found no corresponding SAP system aliases.
System Response
The processed GSDO type '' has not been assigned to any SAP system aliases. Hence the request could not be routed to the corresponding SAP system. An exception was triggered.
Procedure
Change your configuration in a way that an SAP system alias is assigned to the GSDO.
- GSDOs are assigned to GSDO groups.
- Users are assigned to roles.
- Combinations of roles and GSDO groups are assigned to SAP system aliases.
Procedure for System Administration
- Check the customizing via the IMG activityCheck GSDO Groups.
- Change the customizing via the IMG activity Manage GSDO Groups.
