Diagnosis
The user is not assigned to any role.
System Response
Certain SAP NetWeaver Gateway customizing is role-dependent. A user not assigned to any role will most likely not be able to use SAP NetWeaver Gateway functionality properly.
Procedure
Assign the user to corresponding roles via the IMG activity Define Role for SAP NetWeaver Gateway User.
