Diagnosis
No Web Service Provider System has been maintained for the SAP System Alias.
System Response
Without the Web service provider system, the service adaptaion layer cannot execute an RFC call to the corresponding business system.
Procedure
Assign a Web service provider system to the system alias via the IMG activity Manage SAP System Aliases.
