Diagnosis
The RFC call from the Gateaway hub to the backend system failed. The RFC error message has been "".
System Response
The system does not process the request and triggers an RFC error.
Procedure
Look for the ABAP runtime error (transaction ST22) in the backend system and select the required selection period.
Depending on the error the corresponding entry will either be under the user's ID or under the user ID "SAPSYS".
Check the runtime error long text for information how to correct the error.
