Diagnosis

Following queue statuses are available:

comm_error Communication error (Long text in /IWBEP/COSUTIL, 201)

conv_error XML Conversion error (Long text in /IWBEP/COSUTIL, 202)

exec_error Execution error (Long text in /IWBEP/COSUTIL, 204)

executing Executing (Long text in /IWBEP/COSUTIL, 205)

int_error Internal bgRFC error (Long text in /IWBEP/COSUTIL, 209)

locked Queue manually locked (Long text in /IWBEP/COSUTIL, 206)

ready Ready for processing (Long text in /IWBEP/COSUTIL, 203)

retry Retry due to communication error (Long text in /IWBEP/COSUTIL, 207)

upd_wait Wait for Update Task (Long text in /IWBEP/COSUTIL, 208)

In all cases navigate to bgRFC Monitor by clicking Queue Name to get more details.
