Diagnosis
If parameter ES_RESPONSE_CONTEXT-MAX_AGE is set to a value then parameter ES_RESPONSE_CONTEXT-DO_NOT_CACHE_ON_CLIENT must me set to '-' (meaning 'can be cached'). Therefore please check the ES_RESPONSE_CONTEXT-MAX_AGE and ES_RESPONSE_CONTEXT-DO_NOT_CACHE_ON_CLIENT export parameters.
