Diagnosis
There are planned records for RBD account in RBD area for which you have been entered as the user who last made changes. Since the simplified principle of dual control has been activated for postings involving RBD planned records, you cannot post these planned records.
System Response
The RBD account has been excluded from processing. The planned records have not been posted to actual records and remain unchanged.
Procedure
Get a different user, who is authorized to do so, to post the required records.
