Diagnosis
All of the contracts that have been selected on the basis of the aggregation level entered are already contained in other value adjustment portfolios (RBD accounts).
System Response
The system cannot create a new RBD account.
Procedure
Process the value adjustment case in the RBD account already assigned or deactivate the other RBD account and create a new value adjustment portfolio.
