Diagnosis

RBD account has been flagged for deletion.

System Response

Due to the deletion indicator, you can only view the account in display mode. You can no longer post actual records.

Procedure

If you want to reactivate the RBD account you must first reset the deletion indicator:

  1. Choose the Wertberichtigungskonto ändern transaction.
  2. Enter the RBD area , the RBD account number and the corresponding valuation method and choose Enter to confirm your entries.
  3. Confirm the information message Account is flagged for deletion by choosing Enter. The system displays the RBD account.
  4. Choose the menu option Edit -> Deletion Flag. The system displays a dialog box.
  5. You can change the status of the deletion indicator by responding to the message The deletion indicator is set for account :
    1. Set -> The deletion indicator for the RBD account remains unchanged.
    2. Do not set -> The deletion indicator for the RBD account is reset.
    3. Cancel -> The deletion indicator for the RBD account remains unchanged.
  6. If you have reset the deletion indicator by activating the Do not set button, you need to save the change before you leave the RBD account transaction.

The RBD account can now be reactivated using the Reactivate Value Adjustment Account transaction.
