Diagnosis
You want to activate journal . You want characteristic to be taken over to the journal header. However, characteristics can only be taken over if they are also in the document header. This is not the case for the above-mentioned characteristic.

Configuration will not be activated.

Make sure that the required characteristic is also configured in the document header.
