Diagnosis

Document lines with an invoice amount of zero are not saved in Inventory Management. A later GR/GI clearing (transaction FAIP04) for these items is no longer possible if these are relevant for the GR/IR account. You have to clear items that are relevant for the GR/IR account using transaction MR11 (Maintain GR/IR Clearing Account).
