Diagnosis
You try to post a physical inventory with transaction MIGO. However, this is only possible with a WMS-relevant storage location that is not HU-managed.
You can use transaction MIGO to post physical inventory movements 701 to 708, but only for a WMS-relevant storage location that is not HU-managed. The base quantity never changes, so if the system posts zero, the parallel quantity must not be zero.
This function is used as an adjustment posting for the WMS. The parallel quantity is not known in the WMS. For postings in the warehouse management component in Inventory Management, the system always calculates and posts an average value for the parallel quantity, provided the storage location is not HU-managed. A physical inventory cannot be performed with the WMS for the parallel quantity.
For HU-managed storage locations you must always perform an HU physical inventory. You can process differences in HU-managed storage locations with the report /CWM/RHU_STOCK_DIFFERENCES
You cannot post absolute values for this type of correction posting.
