Diagnosis
You are trying to create an accouting view in a plant for a material. This material already had this accounting view at one point in time.
System Response
The material master data has already been sucessfully archived for this plant (=> transaction SARA for archiving object "MM_MATNR"). The related FIN object has been flagged as archivable.
Procedure
Archive the related FIN object using transaction SARA => archiving object "CFIPV".
Only then can you create the material in this plant again.
