Anchor objects in the message belong to more than one hierarchy

Diagnosis

Anchor objects belong to an object hierarchy in SAP Auto-ID Infrastructure (SAP AII). When the system adds new objects in a message to the object hierarchy, it adds them at the same level as the anchor object.

A problem has occurred because the message contains multiple anchor objects that belong to more than one object hierarchy.

System Response

The system cannot determine a unique hierarchy to add new objects to.

Procedure

Verify that the message contains one anchor object. If you need more than one anchor object, make sure that all objects belong to the same object hierarchy.
