Diagnosis

The error message can have the following causes depending on the return value:

  • 1: The log was not found
  • 2: The message is inconsistent
  • 3: Message number 999999 was reached: log is full.
  • 4: Other error

Procedure

Proceed as follows depending on the return value:

  • 1: Confirm that the application log was set up correctly and that the object or sub-object exists
  • 2: Confirm that the structure that was used was expanded and is longer than 256 characters
  • 3: Perform the necessary actions
