Diagnosis
The retrieval of the kanban master data from the external system(s) failed. Therefore the status of the kanban master data in the external system is unknown.
System Response
No master data update is done. No kanbans have been changed, created or removed.
Procedure
- Restrict the selection for the kanban master data so no errors are thrown.
- Check the connection to the external systems and/or solve the issues in the external systems.
- Check your authorizations in the Auto ID system and in the external system.
