Diagnosis

This problem usually occurs when the printer cannot be reached because it is offline, or the printer returns an error due to exceptional situation such as buffer full .

System Response

If the printing was triggered by an incoming XML message (Automatic Tag Commissioning) the job is put back on the RFC queue. If the tag commissioning was done manually (from a user interface) the error message is displayed.

Procedure

Check if the printer is online and in working condition. Then execute the job from transaction SM58 in case of Automatic Tag Commissioning or try again manually using the user interface.
