Unique identifier for number range interval missing (&1)

Diagnosis

The system tried to log the distribution of a number range interval but the unique identifier of the interval is missing.

System Response

The log entry is not written.

Procedure

Inform your system administrator.

Procedure for System Administration

In transaction SE16 check the table in which the number range interval is stored. The relevant entry is of encoding type &1.

If the attribute NRGUID is empty:

  • Start the transaction which is used to maintain such intervals
  • Change the interval
  • Save the interval

Now attribute NRGUID should not be empty.
