Diagnosis

The data could not be processed because the system could not determine an action type. This situation occurs when all of the following conditions apply:

• Device group was assigned to a device group role that had no default action type defined
• No document was assigned to device group
• BADI /AIN/ACTVT000001 (which determines the action type) does not have an active implementation

Procedure

You must satisfy at least one of the following conditions:

• Assign device group to a device group role that has a default action type defined
• Assign a document to device group
• Activate BADI /AIN/ACTVT000001 (which determines the action type)
