Diagnosis
The document already exists.
System Response
If the document has status 'new' and the same action type then the document is overwritten, otherwise the message processing is stopped.
Procedure
If the document is not overwritten but you still want the message to be processed, then you have to delete the document manually and send the message again to AII.
