Documentation
Definition
Number of materials that inherit the sales price of the material for which price planning is currently being carried out.
Use
Dependencies
In the material master, a material can be assigned to one or more other materials as a pricing reference material. If sales price determination is run for one of these materials, the sales price of the pricing reference material assigned to it is determined. The materials therefore inherit the sales price of the material assigned to them as a pricing reference material.
Example
A generic material has ten variants. All variants are to have the same sales price. The material master was therefore maintained so that all ten variants use the generic material as a pricing reference material.
If price planning is performed for this generic material, the number of materials that inherit the sales price of the generic material is ten.
